Any ideas what to dress up as for a xmas performance?

My groups theme is "Disney Characters", so I was thinking winnie the pooh, but i cant find any long sleeved yellow tops ANYWHERE. And also, I need to dress my pony up, she is a grey pony, so i was thinking maybe some red tinsel but any ideas/suggestions/tips would be REALLY appreciated! Thanks in advance xoxox
