Why is Ron Prince (the KSU football coach) such an dictator?

Well the way i readied from the article, he's just want clean slate to start with, even fire a 28 years equipment manager wow. It's seem also he losing alot of istance coaches for whatever reason. But that don't look good for the program, it's sound like Ron Prince is a little Dictator might sound right. Well i hope KSU football team is doing good under Prince or he's going to be on the hot seat soon.
