Where to go for boat designing?

I want to work for Advantage Boats Inc. as my career. I want to design boats for this company and make the boat I have imagined for years. What cles should I take in collage? (I want to go to CSU or CU) P.S, I am a freshmen in high school and my mind is set on my career. What cles should I take in high school as well? Thank You! Should I go to AI collage instead also?
