How much will it cost to fix my car?

I was driving the other day and the car spun out of control. I went over a curb and now the car doesn't drive correctly. Someone told me it is the axel that is messed up and some sort of rod?! I have a 1998 nissan pathfinder and i was wondering how much it will cost to fix this. Please reply ASAP. Thanks!
