Is CSU Northridge hard to get into for an average student?

My answer is not helpful at all, but i am going through the same thing! I am also a junior (well junior year just ended on wednesday for me) & i am thinking about going to csu northridge. my gpa is not so good either. i have an average gpa of about a 2.8! and my SAT score was a 1420..i am planning to take it again. i have not taken any AP cles either, i've signed up for one for senior year. and i have no extra curricular activities! i've been searching online and it seems schools that average students like us have a chance of getting into are csu sonoma, sjsu, monterey, long beach, channel islands, sf. Try looking into those schools! I like sonoma, monterey & northridge.
