Please help blood clot but do not no if i was preg and then started to take tablets to bring on blooding?

I do not no were to start but here goes, the start of Jan i started to bleed and i was so happy as i was thinking it was my periods, as i do not get my monthlys as i have PSOS, but the bleeding went on for 3 weeks so i went to the docs and he said not to worry, then the bleed got bad and went back up to the docs but this time i was getting really back pains in the left hand side of my lower belly, he sent me to the hosp and said it could be a ectopic pregnancy i got a few test dones but they said it was not that,.I start treatment to have a baby 2 weeks ago and the doc give me tablets to take for 5 days to bring on bleeding, so i started them last tue and stop on sat, started to bleed on tues and went back tot he hosp yesterday for my 1st set of bleed test, but the problem is, yesterday i started to get really bad craps in my lower belly and back, i felt a bit of a flow so i went to the bathroom and changed my tampax but before i even sat on the toilet my tampax fell out so i was thinking that was a bit strange so i looked in the toilet and picked the tampax back and there was a huge clot , but it looked liked there was a oval shaped about2cm big, but on the side was darker flat piece about 4 cm big and it was hanging on to my tampax by a lon , i no this may be not nice to read but i am so scared in case i was preg and then i started taking these tablets and killed my baby, please help. i am going to the docs later to day and i have the clot like in a jar.
