Hey sweety...don't worry. you're in a new place so that's why ur scared. If the same things hadhappened back in ur old home, u wd have laughed it off. Your dog is scared too coz its a new place. Ghosts simply dont exist. Why dont u try sleeping with the lights on for a few days? And get a nice big teddy...they help even if ur 13!
