What does having Tornado Nightmares mean?

I've had these nightmares for years now and within pretty close proximity of one another (only 22 years old). Of course I'm terrified of tornadoes, but it's funny because I've never been in one or by one for that matter. No one in my family has died from a tornado, and as far as I can recall no one else I know has been in one either. I'll dream of dark clouds and several tornadoes forming at once. In my dreams I either spot the tornado or tornadoes out of the corner of my eye and start running, or I'm the one trying to convince everyone that a tornado is coming and to start running, lol. My dreams are so whack that I can even hear and feel the rumbling in my sleep. It's some scary sh**. My dreams kind of remind me of that movie THE DAY AFTER TOMORROW...I've only seen it once so don't say it has scarred me because it has been a while since I've seen it and I only remember it in bits and pieces, lmao. Any suggestions!?!?!?
