What is the best way to get a capsule down my dogs throat?

I have a 2 year old Rottie that is on antibiotics for a hot spot. I can get her prednisone down, no problem. When it comes to getting the actual antibiotic capsule down, I have a really hard time. As soon as it touches her throat and gets wet, it gets stuck and she pushes it back out. Last night it got so wet that it broke in her mouth and power went everywhere! She is very conscious of table food, as she only gets it when I am putting medicine in it. I know she will eat around her the pill. What can I do?? I want her to feel better, but can't get the pill down her throat. HELP Please!?!?
