Who is more insightful about the world?

Now my religion remains undecided, I was raised christian, and have studied many religions for a long span of my life. I have been through a time where I was a complete atheist and times when I was a devoted Christian. But it seems that I keep falling back to my undecided opinion. The fact remains that atheist are always going to be more open minded and insightful when it comes to the world than modern christians. Why is it that atheist can be so open to the world while christians are more narrow minded? Who ultimately is more insightful when it comes to life?
