How many possible arrangements are there of 10 numbers which can be either 0 or 1?

I've gotten poor with this type of math it seems. Anyways the order doesn't matter in the sense that a 1 is a 1 and a 0 is a 0 and there is no restrictions as to how many 1's or 0's there are as long as there are 10 total. 1 stands for something working where as 0 stands for something failing (running a % success rate in succession) and the success/fail rate is constant.
