Why did my bala shark die?

Well my bala was only like 2 inches. He was in a 20 gallon tank for now but i was going to move him along with my other fish to a 60 gallon tank. Help, medicial malpratice, need advice!!!!!?

This is it. I have been out of surgery for 1 year and 2 months. Reconstructive rhinoplasty along with cosmetic alteration of the top on the nose... 3 months ago I began complaning about an object in my nose. The dr looks and I have to point it out. He left the stint in my nose, whihc apparently was suppose to come out at the first post op appt, (2 weeks after the surgery). It was left in for 8 months. Cause many infections and some pain. The dr asked, verbatim " Let's keep this between you and me". He then proceeded to give me a free ($3000) treatment, filler(artificial cartiliage) to smooth out my nose. The nurse and he were making me feel like a kid in the candy store.. However as of right now I feel like I was robbed. My nose is causing pain at random moments through the day and the left side of my facial area feels starnage, a numb feeling. I saw the plastic surgeon today, I asked him if it could be possible he left anything else in my nose or forgot about something. He said no... He actaully forgot he left the stint in for so long all together. At one point during our ocnversation he stated, "What your only 8 weeks out" this was today. 1 yeard and 2 months post surgery. I am very scared and truly feel lost. I feel abused and worried. What can I do? My mom and brother seem to not care. My dad is a attorney but refuses to give me any advice, since we don't have much of a relationship. This is very painful. Not because of the physicial pain, but because I don't know what going on, I don't know what going to happen.. I also asked for a copy of medicial records, nurse said I cant have it, then said ok. But i cant have his notes. Then she finally gave an ok to the notes after a small battle. She ended the conversation with, the charge will with 1$ per page... Can someone Please help me.. I am in the staffing business and security is just like it. The problem you are going to have is what companies want pay these people that have to be screened so much. Here in Chicago most of the security people make 9.00 per hr and that stinks. My quaker parrot keeps swooping down on family members what to do?

My husband rescued a 2 yr old Quaker Parrot that was sitting on top of his car, dehydrated one day after work. After taking it to the vet and looking to see if anyone had lost a quaker parrot we decided just to keep him. However lately Sunny (thats what we named him) has been flying around the house and swooping down on my husband and my 2 small children. When we keep him in his cage he doesn't seem happy at all and cries a lot, but when we let him have free range to fly wherever he acts what seems like kind of aggressive. Should we just get his wings clipped? I am so afraid that doing this will traumatize him in. He really likes me a lot, he likes to just sit perched on my shoulder and groom me, and he purrs when he is content. I know this is really embarrasing, but I just don't feel good at all. the past 4-5 days, I have had an upset stomache, lots of diarrea, lots of pressure in my insides, and terrible smelling gas. I also threw up once 2 days ago around 12am. I think I'm getting better. I have increased strength, but I am still having a lot of pressure in my body and diarrea at least once or twice every two hours. It's very watery, and is sometimes green/yellow, and has the worst smell I've ever smelled. It's like a very sour rotten smell. I was going to schedule an appointment to the doctor, but I want to know if this is just something that will p by or something I should worry about. I've been taking Pepto Bismol and a lot of Vitamin C, and it seems to be helping juat a bit.

You need to buy a kennel (crate) for at night when your sleeping, that way when you get up in the morning you can take the dog directly outside to do her business. My dog knows that night-night means time to kennel for bed, when she was a puppy she whined about it for the first week, thank god for electric fans in the bedroom, can't hear a thing, it works though, and it helps housebreak the dog.

In my past experience with the Skidsteers, the drain plug is hooked up to a line with a plug on the end. Some manufacturers have hooked up this line to the frame and have plugs on the outside of the machine. The best way to find it is by pressure cleaning it thoroughly and then looking to find the bottom or as close to the bottom of the tank as you possibly can and see if there is a hose coming out of the tank. Childrens stomach pain..?

My nine year old daughter has been complaining of stomach pain for the past few days. I gave her some Pepto and she was fine. It is a on again/off again pain. In kindergarten, when we were learning to read, we were reading cursive and same for first grade. I was at a little private school but in 3rd grade at public school they were teaching kids how to write in cursive then in 4th and 5th grade we HAD to write in cursive, no question. Then I moved to a different district in 6th grade and only 2 other kids in my english cl could read the cursive in our workbooks, let alone write it. I figured by high school they would make people write cursive, but they havent. They really dont care. All the teachers write on the board in cursive and said if we didnt know how to read it we have to figure it out, but theyre not trying to teach anyone. I was thinking of using Shadow Ball, Thunderbolt, Focus Blast, and Sludge Bomb. Moves I was considering are Explosion and Toxic, and a slip chance of Focus Punch. I don't really want to use Explosion because my Metagross knows it, but if it's a good choice I'd like to be convinced otherwise. Focus Punch is nearly all a luck game, and its a physical move. Sludge Bomb has STAB and does damage even if it doesn't poison, but Toxic can kill a Blissey if it hits (eventually); then again Sludge Bomb would eventually poison/kill Blissey anyways.

I'm looking into pharmacy, and was looking at some schools. I saw someone ask a question about what are some good UC/CSU schools to major in pharmacy, and I did not know what they are talking about. When I was looking at schools for pharmacy I was looking into UCSF, so is that a UC? I also looked into Chicago State University College of Pharmacy, is that a CSU? Would CSU be a school I could go to do the pre-req cles and a bachelors in one of the sciences, or is it a school I would apply to after I have finished all of that, and do the schooling for pharmacy there? Besides these two schools what are some other good pharmacy schools, and is CSU a good pharmacy school? Also where is a good school to start, do the pre-req cles, and get a degree, so that you can move on from there to a good pharmacy school, such as UCSF? I was also looking at a list of top ranked pharmacy schools and UIC was on it it was like 14th, ranked 3.7/5. Would this be a good choice to do pharmacy school? Or would it at least be a good choice to do the pre-req cles and get a bachelors in bio, biochem, chem, or something along those lines.

What does having Tornado Nightmares mean?

I've had these nightmares for years now and within pretty close proximity of one another (only 22 years old). Of course I'm terrified of tornadoes, but it's funny because I've never been in one or by one for that matter. No one in my family has died from a tornado, and as far as I can recall no one else I know has been in one either. I'll dream of dark clouds and several tornadoes forming at once. I don't have a dog or pet and one reason is because althought I know my kids would love one, I don't feel I have enough spare time to dedicate to it at the moment. Horse having problems with handling of ears when bridling need a bridle that works like a halter.?

I have a ten yr old gelding with ear issues. I can halter him with great difficulty, using a lot of patients and sometimes fusteration. I use to never be able to touch him but now I can brush and do hof care without using any restraints. He has a mental issue with having the bridle put over his ears making it dangerous and hard to bridle him up. Haltering is much easier so is there a halter like bridle out there that I can just snap on the bit. I have him in a hackamore but b/c not corrdinated to put bit in and get head band over ears. Perfer to find another peice of equipment that eliminates this problem. I am also considering a running nightingale as he is a head thrower and very vocal when out on the ride. I am not experienced or confident enough to physically correct him so perfer prevention as opposed to correction. I do have professional help. Need halter/bridle combo with no ear bands.

I read an article that the reason it's taking so long to get a court date for new child support orders is due to the number of men applying for modifications due to being laid off. Apparently there been a concerted effort by deadbeat dads groups to teach these guys that they can get "free legal help" from child support enforcement to get these done. A certain someone on here is behind it. Why would a law be ped to requiring those the enforce child support to help fathers avoid paying what they should be paying?
